Online Market Research

The advent of the Internet has provided for a wealth of resources in conducting market research, online market research being the most common. Tapping into our global panel, reach your customers, prospects, or competition to gain fast insight on your product, service, or question.

Working with M3 solutions team, you are able to utilize pictures, audios, music and we provide device agnostic programming to allow access to your respondents on your device of choice.

CAPI (computer-assisted personal interviewing)

The interviewer uses his laptop screen to read the questions to pose and inputs the responses. We currently have 120 mobile CAPI workstations available for deployment across Europe for on-site interviews, at hall-tests, and in-home visits.

Our nationwide field force of trained and experienced CAPI interviewers use state-of-the-art technology including handheld devices and laptops running dedicated survey software.

CATI (computer-assisted telephone interviewing)

The CATI interview is a telephone interview in which the interviewer records answers on a computer.

CATI automates the interviewer’s calls, the recall in case of absence, and checks quotas.

We have call centers in London and Berlin, staffed with native speaking, trained interviewers who are experienced in a variety of survey types. Our call centers are best positioned to carry out multi-country studies, with a total capacity of 22 seats available over 12 hours per day.
