The Sr. Survey Programmer is responsible for programming market research studies based on client materials with a goal to meet and exceed client expectations in terms of integrity of collected data, adherence to agreed timeline and budget. This individual will also work to develop and implement “out of the box” approaches and solutions based on project specifications. The programmer will contribute to improving overall department efficiency by adhering to current best practices as well as contribute to creation of new best practices. About the Role:

As Fieldwork Manager, reporting to the Fieldwork Director, you will be a key player on any project. You will work closely with the operations team on allocated projects to ensure that the sample is achieved in accordance with the client’s expectations and to specific client’s timelines. You will carry overall responsibility for sampling and manage fieldwork on projects to help ensure that profit is in line with expectation. It will be essential to work closely together with the project managers in order to create a sampling strategy for each project and adhere to longer-term compliance and departmental standards to ensure operational continuity. As the Fieldwork Manager your role will encompass (although not exclusively) the following:

§ Responsibility for the management and control of fieldwork for the projects allocated to you and your team.

§ Train and manage the allocated Sampling Coordinators, delegate work, lead, motivate, develop and appraise staff:
