Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Call Healthcare professionals in Dutch speaking regions and get them to become active members of the M3 Healthcare Professional Panel
  • Support recruitment strategy of Healthcare professionals through social media following the process provided by the marketing team
  • Report results of recruitment efforts to the line manager in the agreed format
  • Proactively seek and propose to the line manager alternative recruitment solutions which could include (but not exclusively) email campaigns, desk research, referrals, LinkedIn campaigns, and text messages
  • Provide high quality support to M3 Global Research members via telephone and email.
  • Work across multiple systems to investigate, troubleshoot and handle inquiries and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Work with the Project Management team to resolve project specific issues for members/respondents
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the panel members through timely and professional communication
  • Investigate fraud respondents and take action based on M3 data quality procedures
  • Complete the verification process for newly registered members

We are currently growing our Telemarketing team to support our Global Medical Panel team. Our Marketing and Phone Assistants are responsible for reaching out to doctors and physicians to encourage participation in our global panel. Overview of the Role and Candidate Profile:

The post holder will be responsible for the review, creation, analysis and response to all aspects of corporate contracts, including but not limited to Supplier Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work and Non-Disclosure agreements and will work closely with the UK and US-based sales teams dealing with existing and new contracts.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated contracts management professional and have a strong background in leading all aspects of the contracting process including contract management, administration, drafting and compliance, contract negotiations, and contract close-out.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Responsible for agreements with clients, partners and third parties.

· Analyses significant, and/or unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, and regulations.

· Develops negotiation strategy and leads negotiation on contracts in time sensitive situations.

· Drafts and prepares final contract documents for internal approval and signature.

Mission:

The mission of a US Panel Validation and Phone Assistant is to validate participants in market research projects, and on the panel through internet research and telephone verification.

Requirements

Essential duties and responsibilities, including, but not limited to the following:

  • Review respondents scheduled for marketing research projects and follow procedures to validate respondents prior to deadline.
  • Review current panelist and follow procedures to validate respondents prior to deadline.
  • Conduct internet research to validate healthcare professionals on various websites.
  • Call healthcare facilities to validate healthcare professionals directly
  • Email participants to collect identification documents and follow-up as needed by email
  • Conduct reverse image searches to validate verification.
  • Ensure that validation tasks assigned are fully executed
  • Work with other members of the global Panel team, report and resolve potential issues with internal and external systems and processes

We are seeking a Design and Marketing Assistant to join our growing and dynamic medical panel team. The candidate will report directly to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing programs.
